How to Check if a Solana Token Is Bundled: Block, Then Tip

Two passes by hand: list who bought in a Solana token's creation block, then check those buys for a Jito tip. What a bundled verdict does not prove.

To check if a Solana token is bundled, find the block the token was created in and list the wallets that bought inside it, leaving out bonding-curve and pool accounts. Then open those buys on Solscan and look for a SOL transfer to one of Jito’s eight tip accounts, the documented mark of a Jito bundle.

This is an evergreen how-to. This desk read Jito’s low-latency transaction documentation and SolBundler’s bundle-checker page on 3 October 2026. No live token was examined, so there are no worked numbers.

Two things people mean by “bundled”

SolBundler, whose checker page tops this search and which also sells bundled launches, says its tool reads the creation block and counts every wallet that bought inside it. That is a measurement of block 0.

A Jito bundle is narrower. Jito’s documentation defines bundles as up to five transactions executed sequentially and atomically: all-or-nothing, within one slot, unable to cross slot boundaries. To be considered, a bundle must tip, which the docs describe as any instruction, top-level or CPI, transferring SOL to one of eight tip accounts, with a minimum tip of 1,000 lamports.

Five transactions is not five wallets. SolBundler advertises placing up to 20 of a client’s wallets in the creation block through a single Jito bundle. How it fits them, the page does not say.

How to check if a Solana token is bundled, by hand

Pass 1: list the creation-block buyers

Open the mint address on Solscan, find the creation transaction and note its block. Every buy in that block is a candidate; drop the bonding curve and pool accounts, which receive supply by design. On Pump.fun, SolBundler says the creator’s buy usually sits inside the minting transaction itself, so a tool reading only that transaction sees one buyer.

Pass 2: look for the tip

Open each candidate buy and look for a SOL transfer to a tip account. Jito’s docs say the accounts have remained constant; as listed there on 3 October 2026:

Because the tip can be paid by CPI, check inner instructions, not only top-level ones. With a bundle ID in hand, Jito’s docs point to Jito Explorer.

What a “bundled” verdict does not certify

A tip transfer says a transaction went through Jito’s auction. Its absence proves little: wallets can buy in block 0 without Jito, and one person can run many wallets. Checkers also disagree on scope; per SolBundler, tools reading only the creation transaction under-count, while tools counting every balance increase include the bonding curve and report above 100 percent. Whether those buyers are one controller is the job of holder maps and risk scores, and where the supply sits now is the top-holders check.

Questions readers ask

How do I check if a Pump.fun token is bundled?

Open the mint address on Solscan, find the creation transaction and its block, and list every wallet that bought in that block, leaving out the bonding curve and pool accounts. Then open each buy and look for a SOL transfer to one of Jito’s eight tip accounts.

What is a bundled token on Solana?

In checker language, a token whose creation block already contains buys from several wallets. In Jito’s language, a bundle is narrower: up to five transactions executed in order, atomically, within one slot, paid for with a tip. A launch can match the first description without the second.

What percentage of bundled supply is dangerous?

Neither page this desk read sets a threshold, and the rank-one checker’s own page says there is no fixed line. The useful reading is relative: how much supply sits in creation-block wallets, whether those wallets are linked, and whether they have already sold.

A clean verdict is no safety certificate. This desk reads the creation block the way one reads the guest list at the carnival’s opening night, without buying a ticket. Memecoins are extremely high risk and frequently go to zero; nothing here is financial advice, so do your own research.
